B.Tech Energy Engineering is a 4 year B.Tech degree, that comes with three specializations of Renewable Energy, Nuclear Energy, or Oil & Gas. 

The students study the first two years in the fundamental subjects of energy engineering, and in their last 2 years they take courses related to their specialization.

The students choose their specialization at the beginning of their third year.

In the final year, they have to do either 6 months internship or a semester exchange abroad (can be extended to a full year), and there are also dual-degree opportunities. This career is suitable for engineers who wish to work in the renewable sector, the nuclear sector, or the petroleum and oil & gas sector.
